@SigmundSilk
I lost over 15lbs just by doing the one
month work out plan. My partner and I
did it together and we both feel great
afterwards. I feel some intense working
out those routines and my abs were starting
to appear visibly..Anyway, you interchange
the name of the site. That should be:

@iLikeRiceXD
you don’t need straps for anything. Grip the bar and build your grip along with your core.

I have an Iron Gym and bought the ab straps. I’m about 144 lbs. Anyways whenever I finish a set my arms get red and sting like hell the next day. it feels rough so I tried putting soft clothe on it but it hardly helps. Does anyone have any advice? Or a good brand of ab straps that are compatible with an Iron Gym

@nighthawk821 Most people call them ab straps where I live. I picked up some made my perfect pull ups at walmart, just clip em onto any pull up bar and your good to go. Helps when your arms and shoulders are already worn out although you don’t “have” to have them.

Nice job. I haven’t got that far yet but working my way there. Want to be able to do this but keep legs absolutely straight, which means I have to stay on top of flexibility. After that, V-leg raises, even tougher. Again good job, like seeing the effect this move has.

@LifeForYoga because its a hard exercise….use your common sense..if someone is working toward building massive strength and constantly IMPROVING…are they gonna do exercises that they can breeze through or ones that actually involve some…dare i say it…work?
also notice how he’s doing it very slowly…partly to prevent injury (as all lifting should be done) and partly because doing it fast and effortlessly means momentum is doing the work.
i want a 6 pack but its mighty hard for most of us
