The workout has been designed to train the abdominal muscles (abs). It suits both men and women. There are no particular requirements for this module; you just need to know how to properly perform the exercises involved. Version with music: www.youtube.com . Abs Workout Level 2 (advanced) – www.youtube.com . and Level 3 (even more advanced) – www.youtube.com . PROGRAM Perform this workout every second day (eg Mon-Wed-Fri) for at least two weeks. Then you’ll be ready to perform the next level of this workout. Good Luck to get six pack! HOW THIS WORKOUT WORKS 1. Working aerobically on your abdominal muscles for over 7 minutes stimulates the capillaries in this area. These in turn increase the blood flow. 2. A greater blood flow means a greater flow of oxygen – and fat only burns in the presence of oxygen. 3. Toned muscles need more calories (kcal) to stay active. Our organism tends to release these calories from the area near the active muscles. So it burns fat in that area. HOW TO USE THIS WORKOUT 1. The module is designed to work the abdominal area ‘aerobically’. Performing it straight after an aerobic workout (eg: running, spinning, swimming or other aerobic activities) will improve the positive effect. 2. Learn the instructions for each exercise of this workout. Ensure you perform exercises properly. 3. Pay attention on the …

@kadukie111 if you can do your abs 4-5 days per week, i gurantee youre intensity is bullshit. I really want to see some legit results from someone that does their abs 4-5 times per week.

@ezrussia sorry to break it to you, but you are stabilizing your core even while you’re laying down, have you ever done free weight bench press? you’ll see a noticeable difference than a brench press, with the regular bench press bar. pretty much if you have to balance weights you’re stabilizing them which works your core. you can do this workout 4-5 times a week with a couple days of break, your body needs to break and grow, but in the case of abs, it is alot less frequent of a break needed.

@kadukie111 you’re not stablizing your core when you’re lying down though, the force is coming from your chest all youre doing is breathin and that makes your core tense a little but it doesn’t mean its getting a direct hit. You use all your muscles in one way or another every day but that doesn’t mean you’re actually working them out. In that case we can be working our legs everyday because we use them quiet a lot. Your theory really doesn’t make sense.

@ezrussia yes that is what i’m saying, you use your core as stabilizer muscles in almost, if not every workout

@kadukie111 … are you saying you use your core for example in bench press?

@pinknub112 you’re doing them wrong. you push your neck instead of the abdomen

@ezrussia i knew you’d say that, but because your abs are part of your core muscles, you can work them everyday without over-training them. you use them in pretty much every movement you make, so to think you could over-train them seems silly

@kadukie111 you can, i never said you can’t, but you’ll only be over training them and therefore not getting results you expect.

@pinknub112 try not pushing your head too far forward when doing these workouts, try imagining that there is a soft ball in between your chin and throat

remember though guys, train abs 2x per week max and your abs will only come out when you have less than about 10% body fat, meaning….get your cardio on

If anyone can help me out for real please do! I noticed I have gotten a little muffin top over the fast year and I have decided to lose some weight. I run 3-4 miles at least every day and do this workout plus some extra sit-ups after running. I do not know if Im doing too little or not. If anyone could give me some tips I would be very thankful.
